Using occupational therapy concepts and approaches, combined with mindful and gratitude practices, I provide one to one support to help you live with intention and find your inner glow.
Our one to one sessions can take place via zoom video calls, telephone calls, or in person if you're local to me in Urmston, Greater Manchester. We can discuss what works best for you before your consultation.
Glow Discovery session: initial 60 minute consultation £100
The Clarity Duo: initial consultation and a 45 minute follow up session £250
The Glow Pathway: initial consultation, three follow up sessions, and your personalised Glow plan £400
The Radiant Transformation: initial consultation, six follow up sessions, your personalised Glow plan, and check in contact with me between sessions £700
